In partnership with Noor Collective, you’re invited to a
wellness experience inside the Evolve Social Wellness space.

For two hours, your group will have access to a guided recovery experience featuring:

  • Sauna sessions (including the largest Norwegian-style sauna in Texas)

  • Cold plunges for nervous system reset

  • Red light therapy in private booths

  • Additional restorative recovery tools designed to help you relax and recharge

This is more than a visit — it’s a chance to step away from the noise,
connect with like-minded women, and experience evidence-based
wellness practices in a supportive, social environment.

Whether you come to reset your nervous system, build resilience, or simply enjoy time together,
this experience is designed to leave you feeling grounded and energized.

To support the comfort of Noor Collective guests, the lab will be

reserved exclusively for women from 8:00–10:00 AM, and no men will be present during this time.

Beginning at 10:00, the space will open to our members.

What to Bring:

Swimsuit or full body suit (for sauna and cold plunge)

Comfortable clothes to relax in

Towels are provided.
