Join Master Yoga and Breathwork Instructor Brian Amos and SOMA Breath Master Trainer Dustin Alexander for a powerful journey inspired by ancient wisdom and supported by modern science. Drawing from ancient traditions and modern science, these two Viking brothers will guide you through a transformative journey of breath, fire, ice, and sound.
The experience begins in the warmth of the sauna, where you’ll explore breath awareness, meditation, and proven breathing techniques that help calm mental turbulence, regulate the nervous system, balance energy, and create greater harmony between your thoughts, emotions, and actions. Supported by immersive music and expert guidance, you’ll learn to harness the breath as a tool for clarity, focus, and transformation.
Learn to meet the cold not through force, but through awareness, breath, and presence.
From there, you’ll journey through rounds of sauna and cold plunge contrast therapy, discovering firsthand how heat and cold can sharpen the mind, strengthen the body, and expand your capacity to remain calm and centered amidst challenge.
The experience concludes with an immersive Elemental Sound Bath, where crystal singing bowls, gong, and the soothing sounds of water, rainfall, and ocean waves create a powerful space for integration, restoration, and renewal.
This two-hour guided experience is designed to challenge, inspire, and restore. Your ticket also includes an additional hour of access to Evolve Social Wellness Space, allowing you to enjoy amenities such as compression therapy, massage chairs, red light therapy, and more.
