I've explored nearly every service they offer, and each one has been thoughtfully designed to support deep relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being. From the sauna, cold plunges and red light therapy to the massage chairs, inversion table, and compression therapy, every detail contributes to a truly restorative atmosphere.

What stood out most was the warmth and professionalism of the team - attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The space itself is peaceful, spotless, cozy, and incredibly healing. After dealing with lingering pain from a car accident, I've found many of these therapies genuinely helpful in supporting my recovery.

I ended up signing up for a membership, and it has been one of the best investments I've made in my health. Highly recommend.

Jay was nice to meet and got us introduced and signed up at first. Conrad was excellent and helped when we had issues with the sign up and resigned us up quickly. The space is beautiful and well thought out. You can tell the owners put their heart into this place. We enjoyed the massage chairs, the saunas, the cold plunge and the compression therapy. We will definitely be back!

Great place to come rest and recover, we tried the ice bath, two types of sauna, compression boots, compression shoulder recovery with ice, arm compression sleeves. So many options so you can take care of the parts that need the most work! Love it here!

We had such an amazing experience at Evolve, the staff was really knowledgeable and friendly walking us through everything. Would definitely recommend for anyone that's looking for recovery and wellness. They have the latest equipment, place is clean + they sanitize their equipment after each use!

The atmosphere of this place is unreal the staff there was beyond great the services outstanding and I can't wait to come back! I'm ready for my crossfit competition now!

I went for my lower back pain, and the place helped me greatly! The zero gravity massage and stretch chairs are amazing! Also, I did the light therapy booth for inflammation. Lastly, I did the compression sleeves for my legs and the hand held massagers for my back. I am definitely coming back!

We celebrated the opening of Evolve Social Wellness Space as the Ambassador Team from the Round Rock Chamber. I was amazed at how many different modes of therapy this space has to offer. I tried three of them, all focused on my lower body because this is where I need the most recovery as a soccer referee, and I felt great after spending about twenty minutes. The compression recovery system and therapeutic massage guns made me feel like I was walking on clouds. It made me feel great!

Was introduced to Evolve through my wife. We spent the afternoon here together, it was awesome. I personally loved the compression, and massage chairs, and of course the sauna. My wife loved that we had an opportunity to get an escape from work, the kids, and the noise, truly an experience we both enjoyed and plan to make this our day date once a month. A great addition to Round Rock and if you are unsure, you need to check them out. The space is clean, the environment and staff are warm, engaging, and welcoming! There is something here for you. It is time to Evolve!

Where to begin - I met Jenn and immediately knew I wanted to be a part of the wellness community she is growing. Then, my husband and I along with another couple spent the afternoon here as a day date and we absolutely loved it! We tried almost everything, but my favorites were the sauna, infrared sauna and the cold plunges, my husband was obsessed with the massage chair and the entire campus is designed to support your wellness no matter the season you are in. I'm also a business owner in the Wellness space and cannot wait to continue to grow together in wellness and community. We plan to make Evolve a monthly day date as I cannot think of a better way to connect as husband and wife. Check this place out, y'all - your mind and body will thank you!

This place is incredible! My wife and I became members. The largest sauna in Texas was hot! The cold plunge felt great, full red light therapy and we topped it off in the most amazing massage chair I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this as your wellness routine!

The peace and rejuvenation you'll find here on a Sunday morning after a week of working out is beyond measure. Truly one of my favorite places to be now. Worth it for anyone who trains their body. Thank you Evolve Round Rock.

Loved everything about this place. It was so amazing! Stefania was so lovely and helpful. And you can tell so much love and intention is poured into the facilities. The Norwegian sauna is absolutely NUTS. It looks like a little hole in the wall place outside until you step inside and it's like a Harry Potter tent… it goes back a ways and is so nice and magical! Hot saunas and everything was spotless. Will definitely be back and telling all my friends about it!

We spent 3 hours here and I know we could've spent more!! This was such an amazing experience and facility. We will definitely be back! We loved that they had Game Ready's, a huge sauna, and all a lot of different theragun variations.

Evolve has the best modalities by far. I love the massage chairs, saunas, and cold plunges. I don't think I've ever felt so uplifted in my life. I left feeling the most positive and happy. Also a plus is you can stay all day, if you'd like and all modalities are included in whatever pass/membership you choose, instead of paying individually for each one.

Everything there is awesome. We did the massage chairs, compression sleeves, cold plunge and saunas, and finished up with the red light therapy. The staff and owners are amazing and they were so helpful letting us try out everything and were super kind as well.

Met the staff at their Round Rock Chamber ribbon cutting. It is clear the owners and staff are committed to bringing a variety of wellness tools to Round Rock in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

My wife and I visited today and got the full tour with explanations of each station. Think of it as a gym where you can follow a suggested routine or make up your own. We did the sauna, cold plunge and repeat to begin. Transitioned to the red light booth. Finished up front with cold compression for my shoulder, inversion table and massager.

You can use your HSA funds as well to pay for visits or membership.

Evolve is my kind of playground! There are many modalities to choose from depending on what my soul needs that day. I'm enjoying bringing a new friend every time to maximize the "social" part of my wellness lifestyle. This facility has high quality experiences and equipment to both challenge and then bring into balance my mind, body and emotions. Such an amazing wellness facility with high-quality equipment! The lady in the front gave us a quick walk through explaining the benefits of each area. Almost fell asleep in the massage chairs! My favorites were the saunas and cold plunges!

If you are looking for a space where you can enjoy sauna, cold plunges, red light therapy, massage chairs, compression, neuro stimulation, inversion table and more all in one space this is the place you will want to check out.

I am a woman over 65. I had the most healing and amazing experience with compression therapy. I did both the arms and legs. The short term effect relieved pain and brought energy that gave me relief and confidence. The longer term effect was even more surprising. I have pain and mobility issues in my shoulders. After the compression session I could sleep, move my shoulders take shirts on and off with no pain and complete mobility. I had no idea the results could last so long. It has been a week and I am still feeling great. It was relaxing and pleasant and so effective. Thank you Evolve. I wish I could do this every day but the 13 hour drive makes that impossible.

WOW! Evolve Round Rock is an amazing concept. I have never been to anything like it before, and it truly blew me away.

The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful without being pushy - they made you feel super comfortable right away.

I tried several services and loved them all:

Compression Sleeves (Hips/Thighs): I started on a recliner using the compression sleeves for my hips and thighs. It was amazing and so relaxing! I would have done it longer (or tried the arm/leg compression) if I had more time.

Vibration Plate: This was seriously hard-core! It was 20x more powerful than my one at home. You get a real workout effect after only 30-60 seconds.

Inversion Table: I tried my very first inversion table. I was a bit hesitant, but one of the staff members helped me get into it safely.

Cold Plunge & Saunas: I tried out both saunas and, of course, had to do the cold plunge! It was just what my body needed, and the people are very accepting and encouraging. It has a great vibe.

Massage Chairs: OMG! I think I am going to propose to one of the massage chairs! It stretched me and provided large rollers where needed, but smaller rollers with less padding for areas like the feet. It also compresses, which is awesome for neurodivergents who love lots of weighted blankets!

If you're looking for an amazing place to decompress and optimize your body, this will absolutely be a new favorite spot for a weekly reset!

This was a really fun and unique experience! I got to try everything from massage chairs, red-light therapy, sauna, to hip & leg compression. If I had a bathing suit with me, I would've tried the cold-plunge lol. Definitely a great way to rejuvenate and relax!

I tried out Evolve Social Wellness and I was so pleasantly surprised with how clean and amazing the equipment was. The massage bed with the light goggles are unbelievable. The staff was incredibly friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

I had my first session with Evolve on Saturday and it was truly so relaxing. Getting to try out all the things they had to offer blew my mind because there really is so many things to do. I love their different saunas, red light therapy, and the massage chairs were heavenly. I even got in the cold plunge for a little bit, and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I will definitely be back and bringing friends!

Wow, this was the most amazing experience of my life. I mean that whole heartedly. I got to experience a cold plunge for the first time not once, but twice! The massage chair is heavenly. I did both saunas and the brain tap. I didn't even get to all the modalities and that was being there for 2 hours. There's so much to do. What a fun and unique experience!

Had a great experience at Evolve. I really enjoyed everything, they have so many relaxation options from a stretching area with different vibrating tools to self massage that were all so amazing. As someone who works out regularly this is such a great place to rejuvenate. The massage chairs, the meditation with vibrating beds. Such an amazing experience. Highly recommend.

Oh boy! Where do I begin? I did the massage chair with stretch, brain tap, SCD legs, red light therapy, vibration plate, inversion table, and HEATED massage gun. That was barely half of what I could've done. Great experience! I feel relaxed and ready for the week!

WOW. I didn't want to leave. Such a cool space and unique experience. Highly recommend going from the sauna to the cold plunge and back. Sad I didn't get to try the red light therapy, but I plan on going back. Love how it is self paced. Really clean environment and helpful staff.

What a great experience! There were so many things to try and I was surprised by how much I liked the cold plunge. The cold compression helped my shoulder more than anything else I've done for it. The staff was helpful and great to work with. I will 100% be going back!

So many options to choose from! My favourite for now was going between the infrared sauna to the cold plunge to the dry heat sauna and repeat! The light therapy with soothing sounds was like flying in outer space through different galaxies.

This place was fire. I really got to lock into my brain. I loved the inversion table :) also LARGEST SAUNA IN TEXAS?!? Staff is nice. Recommend the massage chair, I dare you to do the cold plunge :3

A massive amount of tools to use for a better physical and mental oasis. Red light sauna is a 10/10. Cold plunge is REALLY nice after doing compression sleeves.

Omg... This was my first time experiencing a social wellness space and, as a workaholic overflowing with stress and anxiety, I CANNOT recommend this place enough!! 2 hours really flies by! If you're looking for a way to treat yourself and your mental health, it doesn't get better than this!
