Temperatures reach 170-200 degrees Fahrenheit, driving deep sweat, improved circulation, and full-body stress relief. Then step into the cold plunge for the contrast therapy protocol used by elite athletes worldwide.
- 40-person communal sauna
- 170-200°F peak temperature
- Cold plunge contrast therapy
- No time limit on visits

SCIENCE-BACKED SAUNA BENEFITS
Regular sauna use is linked to reduced all-cause mortality, improved cardiovascular health, and enhanced mental well-being.
DETOXIFICATION
Deep sweating at 170-200 degrees F flushes toxins, heavy metals, and metabolic waste through the skin. Your body's largest detox organ.
CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH
Regular sauna use raises heart rate much like moderate cardio, and long-term studies link frequent sauna bathing with better cardiovascular health.
STRESS RELIEF
Heat exposure triggers a massive endorphin release and lowers cortisol levels. Leave the sauna feeling calm, centered, and deeply relaxed.
PAIN RELIEF
Increased blood circulation delivers oxygen-rich blood to sore muscles and stiff joints. Infrared sauna penetrates deep tissue for targeted relief.
IMMUNE BOOST
Sauna-induced heat stress stimulates white blood cell production, strengthening your immune response and helping your body fight off illness.
SOCIAL EXPERIENCE
Our 40-person Norwegian sauna is built for community. Bring friends, meet new people, and share the experience. Wellness is better together.
PRIVATE INFRARED SAUNAS
Prefer a more personal experience? Our Clearlight infrared saunas use far-infrared wavelengths to penetrate deep into muscle tissue, warming you from the inside out at a gentler 120-150 degrees F.
Infrared heat is clinically shown to reduce inflammation, ease chronic pain, improve skin health, and support deep relaxation. Perfect for solo sessions or as a couple's experience.
- Deep tissue warming at 120-150 degrees F
- Private rooms for personal sessions
- Far-infrared wavelength technology
- Gentle on the body, powerful results
